About airport delivery agreements in Colorado
Turo has entered into a pilot program at Denver International Airport that lets you pick up and drop off cars in a way that’s efficient, safe, and airport-approved. Plan to follow the delivery instructions listed below. Failure to do so will put you at risk of incurring citations, fines, and other penalties from the airport, including being prevented from delivering vehicles to the airport. You could also jeopardize Turo’s ongoing work with DEN to secure a long-term permit for delivery at the airport.

- Pull a ticket when entering the lot and leave it in the car for your guest.
- Park in a Turo-designated spot in Row U3.

- Do not drop off your car or accept a vehicle handoff from a guest at curbside.
- When you pick up your car and leave DEN, exit via the staffed toll booth.
- To exit the parking lot without being charged, keep the parking ticket with the vehicle and show the attendant the reservation ID of the trip in your app to verify it’s a Turo trip.
- Note: There’s only one staffed toll booth at exit.
- You won’t be charged a parking fee as long as your car was part of an active reservation and parked in a Turo-designated space.
- If for any reason you’re required to pay for parking, save the receipt and notify Turo customer support at Turo Billing Chat to request reimbursement.
- Limit your time in the parking lot.
- Do not leave your car in the lot for more than 4 hours.
- Top Tip: Use the “Location sharing” feature in the Turo app to coordinate delivery timing with your guest. You can open “Location sharing” up to 2 hours before the trip start time and up to 1 hour before the trip end time.
- Conduct contactless check-in/checkout only if your car has remote unlocking technology.
- Do not “hide” or otherwise leave a key for your guest on site.
- If your car is not enabled with remote unlocking technology, you must plan to meet your guest in person.
- Offer no more than two cars for delivery to Denver International Airport
- In response to the airport’s requirements as set forth in the pilot program, Turo will block hosts from being able to offer more than two cars for delivery to DEN.
