Why would a policy violation stop me from booking a car?
To be sure Turo remains a safe, secure, and trusted platform, we may remove members who’ve broken Turo’s rules. In some cases, you might have received a warning first. In other cases, we might have removed you immediately from Turo.
How can I resolve this issue?
If you violate a Turo policy, one of our Community Guidelines, or Turo’s Terms of Service, we’ll notify you via email. The email will specify what rule you broke, whether you can appeal our decision, and when. Unless the email we sent you says you can submit an appeal, our decision is final and can’t be reversed.
