About airport delivery agreements in North Carolina
Turo has delivery agreements with Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Wilmington International Airport (ILM). These agreements let you pick up and drop off cars in a way that’s efficient, safe, and airport-approved. Follow the drop-off and pickup instructions below. Failure to follow these instructions will put you at risk of incurring citations, fines, and other penalties from the airport. This includes preventing you from delivering vehicles to the airport. You could also jeopardize our delivery agreements and the future of delivery at these locations. To make delivery as smooth and safe as possible, share this guest-specific information with guests who book delivery at one of these airports.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
Conduct ALL vehicle exchanges — in-person and remote — at Business Valet 2 only. Follow these directions to reach Business Valet 2:
- From Harlee Avenue, enter the Business Valet Deck at CLT Center Drive.
- Take the first right.
- Follow the outside perimeter to the garage entrance behind Business Valet 2.
- Enter the garage and turn left.
- Park in one of the 49 Turo-designated spaces in the second quadrant. See the map below for their exact location.
Enter the lot no more than 4 hours before the trip start. Use the “Location sharing” feature in the Turo app to coordinate delivery timing with your guest. You can open “Location sharing” up to 2 hours before the trip start time and up to 1 hour before the trip end time. Conduct contactless check-in/checkout only if your car has remote unlocking technology. If your car isn’t enabled with remote unlocking technology, you must meet your guest in person. Don’t “hide” or otherwise leave a key for your guest on site.
The parking lot gates are open from 5 am–12 am daily. If you drop off your car when the gates are closed, pull a ticket and leave it in the car for your guest. If you pick up your car when the gates are closed, use the ticket your guest left you to exit the lot. Keep the receipt and request reimbursement via a chat session with a Turo Billing agent.

Wilmington International Airport (ILM)
Deliver the car with a Turo-branded placard displayed on the dashboard. Keep the placard in place while on airport property. Open the link at the bottom of this page to download and print a Turo-branded placard. Tell your guests to remove the placard once they leave airport property.
Conduct all vehicle exchanges in person at the terminal curb of the arrivals and departure ends of the Passenger Terminal Building. The map below shows the exchange location. Use the curb for the time reasonably required to load or unload passengers and baggage. Don’t leave your vehicle unattended or park for extended periods on the listed premises. Wait in the airport cell phone waiting lot for your guest to arrive and use “Location sharing” in the Turo app to coordinate delivery timing. You can open “Location sharing” up to 2 hours before the trip start time and up to 1 hour before the trip end time.
