What is the Power Host Claims team?
The Power Host Claims team is made up of specialized claims associates who are trained to assist Power Hosts through the damage claims process. We aim to build long-lasting partnerships with our Power Hosts by providing the best customer service and superb efficiency through the entire claims experience.
What are the Power Host Claims hours?
The Power Host Claims team is here to help five days a week from 8am – 4pm Mountain Time (excluding most major holidays). We do our best to reply to emails within one business day and resolve your claim as quickly and accurately as possible. The typical turnaround time for resolving a claim depends on the severity of the damage. You can help us to expedite your claims process by providing us with all pre/post-trip photos and other documents requested as quickly as possible.
How do I get in touch with the Power Host Claims team?
After you submit your damage claim via the damage reporting center, your claim will be automatically assigned to one of our Power Host Claims associates. Your Power Host Claims associate will communicate with you via email, and you can schedule phone calls as needed. To contact Power Host Claims Support, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What type of claims are handled by the Power Host Claims team?
All damage claims that are filed via the claims resolution center from a Power Host account will be handled by the Power Host Claims team only. Meanwhile, our Power Host Support team handles any issues unrelated to a trip that experienced a damage claim. If your guest made a mess in your car, for instance, the Power Host Support team will help you out. If that same guest also scratched the bumper during that trip, however, the Power Host Claims team will help you with both issues to make sure you have the smoothest and most efficient experience possible.
Does the Power Host Claims team have a phone line?
We currently do not have a phone line specifically for Power Host damage claims. If you would like to speak with your Power Host Claims associate, you can find a link at the bottom of their emails to schedule an appointment.
I’m not a Power Host. Can I have my claim processed by the Power Host Claims team?
