What is the VIP Claims team?
The VIP Claims team is a team of specialized claims associates that are here to better assist US Power Hosts through the damage claims process. We want to build a long-lasting partnership with our Power Hosts by providing the best customer service and superb efficiency through the entire claims experience. The members of our VIP Claims team specifically focus on our US Power Hosts to make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
What are the VIP Claims hours?
A VIP claims agent is here to help five days a week from 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time (excluding most major holidays). We always strive to reply to emails within one business day and have your claim resolved as quickly and accurately as possible.
The typical turnaround time for resolving a claim depends on the severity of the damage. You can help us to expedite your claims process by providing us with all pre/post trip photos and other documents requested by the VIP Claims team as quickly as possible.
How do I get in touch with the VIP Claims team?
After you submit your damage claim via our Resolutions tool here, your claim will be automatically assigned to one of our VIP Claims associates. From there, your VIP Claims associate will communicate with you via email, and you can set up scheduled times for phone calls via email if you would like. What type of claims are handled by the VIP Claims team?
All damage claims that are filed via the Resolutions tool from a Power Host account will be handled with the VIP Claims team only. Meanwhile, our VIP Customer Support team handles any issues unrelated to a trip that experienced a damage claim. If your guest made a mess in your car, the VIP Customer Support team will help you out; however, if that same guest also scratched the bumper during that trip, the VIP Claims team will help you with both issues. This is to make sure you have the smoothest and most efficient experience possible.
Does the VIP Claims team have a phone line?
We currently do not have phone line specifically for Power Host damage claims. If you would like to speak with your VIP Claims associate, you can find a link at the bottom of their emails to schedule an appointment.
I’m not a Power Host. Can I have my claims be processed by the VIP Claims team?
