How to get answers to your questions
To find the answer to your question, tap the “?” at the bottom of this page. Type in your question, and we’ll give you quick answers from our Help Center articles. Tap a live link in the answer to be taken to the information you need. Tap “Read More” to see the full article and resolve the issue yourself.
If you don’t find the answers you need, we’ll put you in touch with an agent. Tap “Contact Support” and follow the question prompts to help us better understand your issue. Depending on what you need and where you’re located, we’ll give you one of the following ways to contact an agent:
