If your flight changes or is cancelled, let your host know through Turo messaging. Once you know your new arrival time, request a trip change via your Dashboard. We encourage hosts to be accommodating if they can, so you may be able to adjust your trip start time.
If your host can’t accommodate a new trip start time, let us know right away. You’re entitled to a refund (ranging from full refund to a refund of all but one day of your trip) if you provide documentation of the flight change no later than 24 hours after your Turo trip is scheduled to begin.
We’ll only consider full refunds if your flight change occurs within three days of your scheduled Turo trip start time, and if you contact your host at least one hour before the trip’s scheduled start. Remember, your host has been counting on and planning for your trip!
