If you’re experiencing unexpected flight changes that may affect your trip start time, we know you’re probably stressed out. We’re here to help!
Be sure to communicate with your host through Turo messaging about your flight delay or cancellation. Let them know what’s going on so they can plan accordingly on their end. Once you know when you’re going to land, go to your Dashboard and request a trip adjustment. We have a lot of great hosts in the Turo marketplace, and we know they’ll do their best to be accommodating.
If you and your host can’t come to an agreement about a new trip start time, let us know right away. Our cancellation policy entitles you to a refund (ranging from full to all but one day’s worth) if you provide us with documentation of the flight change no later than 24 hours after the Turo trip is scheduled to begin. We’ll only consider full refunds if your flight change occurs within three days of your scheduled Turo trip start time. Remember that your host has also been counting on and planning for your trip!
