We’ve partnered with STRATIM to offer door-to-door vehicle delivery for Turo hosts in the Los Angeles market area! All requests must be submitted through this form in order for STRATIM to evaluate your delivery details.
STRATIM will only accept delivery requests for vehicles that meet Turo’s safe condition standards. STRATIM insurance will provide $1M liability protection, and physical damage coverage up to the value of your vehicle during pickup and dropoff.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR DELIVERY REQUEST
Make a delivery request using this form to have a professional STRATIM representative pick up your vehicle from your location, and deliver it to your guest’s location by the start of the trip. You can also use STRATIM to have your car returned to you at the end of the trip.
STRATIM is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Requests must be submitted with at least 24 hours notice.
WHAT TO EXPECT THE DAY OF YOUR DELIVERY
When a STRATIM representative picks up your car, they will confirm that your driver’s license matches your vehicle’s registration. Upon delivery, the STRATIM representative will also check your guest’s driver’s license before releasing the car to them. They will perform the same license check for return delivery service as well. Be sure to photograph your car’s condition before and after the trip. The STRATIM representative will not take and upload trip photos for you.
For Turo hosts: If you are handing off your keys to the STRATIM agent, please ensure you are available for at least 3 hours prior to the pickup to allow the agent enough time to arrive at your location. The price of the delivery will be based on the pickup and drop off addresses you enter, and fees will be deducted from your Turo earnings at the end of the trip.
Please note that the pickup and drop off must be within the areas of Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, or Santa Monica. You can also request for your vehicle to be delivered to and from the Turo Valet lot near LAX so long as the pickup or dropoff address is within the four neighborhoods listed above. FEES AND PAYMENT
The delivery fee ranges from $29 – $67 and is based on one-way vehicle delivery (e.g. pick up from your location and drop off to your guest, or pick up from your guest and drop off to your location). The delivery fee will be deducted from your Turo trip earnings once the delivery services have been completed.
