Simply text “Hi” to 415-801-0897 if you have any claims-related questions or issues (please be aware that your standard text messaging rates apply). Please note that the team’s hours are 8 am to 4 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
We recommend texting this number rather than calling the general Customer Support phone line if you have concerns regarding claims-related issues or questions about the claims process -- texting is the fastest way to get claims-related information!
If your trip took place in Canada and you currently have an open claim with Intact Financial Corporation, we recommend contacting your Intact claims adjuster directly. If you require their contact information, please refer to the above.
