Getting in touch with your claims representative
The quickest way to get in touch with a claims representative is via email. If you have questions or concerns about your claim or the claims process, look for your region below to learn how to contact us.
How to contact Claims in the US
To reach your claims representative in the United States, you can 1) reply to the most recent email you received from your claims representative; or 2) email claims@turo.com. Make sure your questions or issues are related to claims only. Note that the team’s hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays).
How to contact Claims in Canada
To reach your claims representative in Canada, you can 1) reply to the most recent email you received from your claims representative; or 2) email claims+ca@turo.com. Allow up to 2 business days for a reply. If you’re a host in Canada and have an open claim with Intact or ICBC, contact your Intact claims adjuster directly. If you need their contact information, email your Turo claims representative (or claims+ca@turo.com)
How to contact Claims in the UK
To reach your claims representative in the UK, you can 1) reply to the most recent email you received from your claims representative; or 2) email ukclaims@turo.com. Allow up to 2 business days for a reply.
How can non-Turo users contact Claims?
If you’re a third party (involved in an accident with a Turo guest) and need to get in touch with us, send an email to one of the addresses listed below. Include your personal information along with the information of the Turo guest. If you’re from an insurance carrier and need to reach us about a claim between Turo and one of your customers, email us at one of the addresses below. Include your claim number and the Turo claim number in the email subject line.
