Please contact the Turo Valet lot prior to dropping off your car to request for the Valet attendant to have your car cleaned inside and/or out. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request if the time you drop off your car is less than six hours before the start of the trip. If we are unable to accommodate your request, it will be your responsibility to make sure the car is clean before dropping it off to the Turo Valet lot.
You can also request for the Valet attendant to have your car cleaned if you intend to leave it at the Valet lot between trips. A Valet attendant will inform you if your car needs to be cleaned, and will confirm any costs associated with cleaning before completing the work. You may choose to authorize the cleaning, or simply decline. If you choose to decline, we will inform your traveler so that they can contact you with any questions or concerns. Turo reserves the right to clean your car if it is excessively dirty, and deduct the cleaning fee from your earnings should the traveler be unsatisfied with the condition of your car upon pick up.
The current cleaning fees at our LAX lot location are $25 for sedans, and $50 for SUVs, trucks, and vans (interior and exterior cleaning included). The cleaning fees at our SFO lot location are $10 for the exterior, and $10 for the interior.
