The owner has 24 hours prior to the start of your trip to bring the car to the Valet lot. We recommend that you confirm that the car will be at the lot prior to the start of your trip with the owner directly. In the event that you’re unable to reach the owner, or if the car is not at the lot by the time you have arrived, our Valet attendant will attempt to contact the owner as well. If the owner has not made an attempt to contact you or the Valet attendant within 30 minutes of the trip start, you may cancel the trip with a full refund. Our Valet attendant will try to provide alternative solutions for you, including finding and booking another available vehicle in the Turo marketplace.
Please remember that you must pick up and drop off the vehicle during the lot's hours of operation.
