Prior to arriving at the Turo lot, the Valet attendant will inspect the vehicle for pre-existing cosmetic damage. We recommend that you also walk around the car to document its current condition prior to leaving the Turo lot. Please let us know if there are any issues that we may have missed in our inspection so that we can help you address them with the host and ensure you are not responsible for them upon the vehicle’s return.
The Valet attendant will notify the host of any issues with the car prior to the start of your trip so that they have an opportunity to correct them. We will let you know if the host is unable to correct the issue prior to the start of your trip and help with an alternative solution if possible.
