How to change your password
Follow this link to change your account password. If you’re not already logged in, be sure to enter your correct login information — personal email, Facebook login, or Google+ login — when prompted to sign in.
If you’re locked out of your account because of a problem with your username or password, do not create a new account. Turo allows users to have only one account. If you make more than one, the system will put all your accounts “on hold.” If that happens, you won’t be able to book or list a vehicle. If you’ve made more than one account, learn how to fix problems with multiple accounts.
If you’re locked out of your account because you no longer have access to the email tied to your Turo account, chat with a Verification agent for help resolving the issue.
How to change your email address
On the turo.com site, hover over your profile photo, and choose “Account” from the dropdown menu. Scroll down, delete your current email address, and replace it with the new email you want Turo to associate with your account.
On the Turo app, tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen and tap “Account.” Tap “Contact info” and then tap your current email address. On the next screen, enter the new email for your account.
If you’re having difficulty changing your account email address, tap the “?” bubble in the Help Center and follow the flow to connect with a member of our customer support team. Do not create a new account for a separate email. Turo allows users to have only one account. Creating multiple accounts will prevent you from booking or listing a vehicle.
