If you need a car while yours is being repaired, we will provide owners who select the “Premium” or “Standard” protection packages up to $30 per day for your transportation needs, for up to 10 days (capping at $300). You can choose to rent a car from the Turo marketplace, in which case we will issue you travel credit to cover the trip cost, or you can use alternative methods, such as a bus, Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.. Keep any receipts, email them to the claims associate assigned to your case, and we will reimburse you up to the $30 per day.

Non-US and Canadian Owners
If you are an owner in a country other than the United States and select provinces of Canada, Turo does not offer replacement vehicles or compensation for a replacement vehicle.
