As a host, you must review all vehicle documentation provided by the Turo Valet staff and report any new damage to Turo using the claims tool within 24 hours of the end of the trip in order for it to be eligible for consideration as a claim*. Please provide as many details as possible; photos (measured with a ruler) and video are helpful, and may expedite the claims process.
After you file a claim, a Turo claims specialist will contact you within one business day. More details on the claims process are described in this FAQ article.
* If you’re providing your car as a Commercial Host, you waive the option to file any claim through Turo claims. You will be solely responsible for the maintenance and repair of your vehicle, regardless of fault.
