A Turo incident information card, in addition to your personal insurance and your car’s registration, is required for cars listed in the United States, Germany, and certain provinces of Canada. We email the card to all hosts who select a Turo protection plan upon completion of their listing. If you did not receive it, you can download one here. Be sure to leave the card in your car during the trip and let your guest know where he or she can locate it.
If you are providing your own commercial rental liability insurance to your guest, you should not receive a Turo incident information card. Do not place a Turo incident information card in your vehicle if you have not selected a Turo protection plan or a Turo protection plan is not available in your region.
