If your vehicle is covered by one of Turo’s three coverage plans, you must report any new damage to Turo at http://www.turo.com/resolutions within 24 hours of the end of the trip in order for it to be eligible for consideration as a claim.
After you file a claim, a Turo claims specialist will contact you within 24 hours. More details on the claims process are described in this FAQ article.
If you are a rental car company who has declined a Turo protection package in order to offer your own rental liability insurance coverage to renters, you are solely responsible for processing your own damage claims through your insurance provider. Turo is not responsible for any damage or claim that arises from a trip booked through our marketplace for owners who have declined a Turo protection package.
