We know your car is important to you and we expect travelers to treat it with the same care you would.
If a guest leaves a mess in your car or the battery is drained, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of the trip end so we can take the appropriate actions. For cleanliness issues, you’ll need to provide photographs of the vehicle showing the issue at the end of the trip (the photographs must be taken within 24 hours of the end of the trip as well). We will then discuss your options directly with you for getting the problem fixed.
In the event you need to get your car professionally cleaned after, the receipt from a professional cleaning service or auto detailer must be provided within seven days of reporting the issue to us. Please note that you must get your vehicle cleaned and provide the receipt to us before the vehicle goes on another trip, or else we may not be able to reimburse you!
