We offer our primary person-to-person carsharing marketplace in the United States, in the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec, in Germany, and in the United Kingdom. We also make it possible for hosts to operate as Commercial Hosts in other regions around the world and for guests in those regions to use Turo. Turo is available in all countries except for those that appear in the list at the bottom of this page.
If you book a car in the United States or Canada, you may drive it across the US-Canadian border. You may not drive into Mexico.
If you book a car in Germany, you may drive it in all countries of the European Union as well as Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
If you book a car in the United Kingdom, you may drive in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and in any other member of the European Union.
If you do plan on crossing a border, tell your host before booking the trip to make sure it’s OK with them. Wherever you go, you must follow all local, regional, and national motor vehicle traffic and safety laws.
