Guests are relying on hosts to be on time, with a great car ready to go!
If the car becomes unavailable, the host must alert their guest as soon as possible. The host should cancel the trip using their Dashboard, which will give the guest a complete refund.
Hosts should do their best to accommodate trip changes, especially when their guest is experiencing a delay due to a canceled or delayed flight. As the situation is out of the guest’s control, we will provide full refunds and hosts will not receive earnings if they don’t make an effort to work it out with their guests. We’ve outlined this and all our policies on cancellations here.
If the host cancels the trip, or fails to provide the car as planned, they will be subject to fines, and may be removed from the marketplace.
