**Turo reserves the right to charge an administration or inconvenience fee, plus any costs incurred by Turo, for categories not explicitly noted above.
†US Owners receive 65%, 75%, 85%, or 90%, depending on which vehicle protection plan they selected. By default, owners receive 75% under our Standard plan. Currently only the Standard Plan is available in Canada, and in countries other than the US, only the Decline plan is available. Owners who decline a Turo protection plan cannot process these items via Turo, unless they utilize the Reimbursement tool and their guest accepts the charge.
‡Owners who decline a Turo protection plan do not receive coverage or assistance from Turo for these fees and must instead work out resolving these problems with their guests directly. The exception to this is those fines and fees that are eligible for reimbursement via the Reimbursement tool, in which case the owner and renter are subject to Turo’s policies where they used the Reimbursement tool.
