About airport delivery agreements in Tennessee
Turo has a delivery agreement with Nashville International Airport (BNA) that lets you pick up and drop off cars in a way that’s efficient, safe, and airport-approved. Plan to follow the instructions below and message your host with any questions. Failure to follow these guidelines jeopardizes Turo’s ongoing work with BNA to secure a permanent permit for delivery. If you choose delivery to BNA through June 30, 2021, Turo will charge you a 5% fee on the gross transaction amount. After July 1, 2021, we’ll charge you a 6% fee. We’ll remit the fee in its entirety to the airport.

Make ALL vehicle drop offs and pickups at Terminal Lot A only.
Follow these directions to reach Terminal Lot A. From the Main Terminal, follow the pedestrian walking path between Terminal Garage 1 and the Rental Car building to Terminal Lot A. There’s no shuttle service to the lot. Pick up the car from one of the 2 Turo-designated spaces. See the map below for their exact location.
Display a Turo-branded placard in the lower right-hand corner of the front and rear windows while on airport property. Your host will deliver the car with the placards in place. Remove the placards once you leave the airport property. If you misplace the placards, you’ll need them to return your car to the airport. Open the link at the bottom of this page to download and print them.
Use the parking ticket your host left you to exit Terminal Lot A. If you exit the garage less than 15 minutes after your host pulled the ticket, the machine won’t register a fee, and you can exit free of charge. If you exit after 15 minutes, you’ll be responsible for parking costs.
Return the car at Terminal Lot A. From Donelson Pike, take the exit toward Int’l Airport. Keep right at the fork, following the signs for Terminal Parking. Use the left lane to exit at Long Term A. At the entrance to the lot, pull a ticket and leave it in the car for your host. Park in one of the 2 Turo-designated spaces. If the Turo-designated spots are full when you arrive, park in the nearest open spot and let your host know the vehicle’s location.
