About airport delivery agreements in Tennessee
Turo has a delivery agreement with Nashville International Airport (BNA) that lets you pick up and drop off cars in a way that’s efficient, safe, and airport-approved. The program allows you to enable a maximum of 4 vehicles per calendar year for delivery to BNA. Follow the drop-off and pickup instructions below. Failure to follow these instructions will put you at risk of incurring citations, fines, and other penalties from the airport. These include being prevented from making future deliveries to this airport. To make delivery as smooth and safe as possible, share this guest-specific information with guests who book delivery at one of these airports.

Make ALL vehicle drop-offs and pickups at Terminal Lot A only.
Deliver the car with Turo-branded placards displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the front and rear windows. Keep the placards in place while on airport property. If you don’t have the placards displayed or have placed them in the wrong spot, you’ll be at risk of incurring fines from the airport. Open the link at the bottom of this page to download and print the placards. Tell your guests to remove the placards once they leave the airport property.
Follow these directions to reach Terminal Lot A. From Donelson Pike, take the exit toward Int’l Airport. Keep right at the fork, following the signs for Terminal Parking. Use the left lane to exit at Long Term A. At the entrance to the lot, pull a ticket and leave it in your car for the guest. Park in one of the 2 Turo-designated spaces. See the map below for their exact location. If the Turo-designated spots are full when you arrive, park in the nearest open spot and let your guest know the vehicle’s location.
Use the “Location sharing” feature in the Turo app to coordinate delivery timing with your guest. You can open “Location sharing” up to 2 hours before the trip start time and up to 1 hour before the trip end time.
Conduct contactless check-in/checkout only if your car has remote unlocking technology. If your car isn’t enabled with remote unlocking technology, you must meet your guest in person in the parking lot. Don’t “hide” or otherwise leave a key for your guest on site.
Exit the Terminal A lot at the end of the trip using the parking ticket your guest left you. If you exit the garage less than 15 minutes after your guest pulled the ticket, the machine won’t register a fee, and you can exit free of charge. If you exit after 15 minutes, you’ll be responsible for any parking costs. Turo won’t reimburse you for parking at BNA.
