About delivery agreements in Colorado
Turo has entered into a pilot program at Denver International Airport (DEN) that lets you pick up and drop off cars in a way that’s efficient, safe, and airport-approved. Plan to follow the instructions below and message your host with any questions. If you choose delivery to DEN, Turo will charge you a 5% fee on the gross transaction amount and we’ll remit that fee in its entirety to the airport.

Guest instructions for vehicle pickup and drop off
Make all vehicle pickup and drop offs in the West Economy Lot. Don’t accept a handoff from a host or drop off the vehicle at curbside. To reach the West Economy Lot, exit through the glass doors at the south end of the Jeppesen Terminal and take the escalator to the DEN Transit Center on the ground level. The Transit Center is located adjacent to the ground level of the Westin Hotel. At the Transit Center, board a free shuttle to the parking lot and get off at shuttle stop T3. Pick up your car from a Turo-designated spot in row T3 or U3, spaces 1-5.See the map below for the location of the West Economy Lot, T3 airport shuttle stop, and the Turo-permitted parking spaces
Exit the parking lot via the one and only staffed toll booth. Keep the parking ticket with the vehicle and show the attendant the reservation ID of the trip in your app to verify it’s a Turo trip. The attendant won’t charge you for parking if the car is part of an active reservation. If the attendant does charge you a parking fee, save the receipt and request reimbursement via a chat session with a Turo Billing agent.
If you return the car at DEN, follow the Terminal West Road and signs to Economy parking to enter the lot. Pull a ticket when entering the lot and leave it in the car for your host. Park in a Turo-designated spot in row T3 or U3, spaces 1 - 5. Pick up the shuttle from shuttle stop T3 or any of the designated shuttle stops to get to the terminal.
