Can you expedite my refund?
Unfortunately, we can’t. The processing time is due to bank policies and protocol.
If you’re waiting for a refund, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card company to confirm their timeframe for posting travel-related refunds to your account.
If you don’t receive your funds within 10 business days, we’d be happy to provide additional documentation of the refund to you if you contact us.
