If we processed a refund from a recent Turo transaction, it may take from three to five business days before you receive the funds back in your account for US payment methods.
Refunds for non-US payment methods can take from three business days to two weeks.
Refunds for Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions can take up to 30 days.
We wish there was something we could do to speed things up, but the processing time is due to bank policies and protocol.
If you’re waiting for a refund, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card company to confirm their timeframe for posting travel-related refunds to your credit or debit card.
If you don’t receive your funds in three to five business days, we’d be happy to provide additional documentation of the refund to you.
