We’ve partnered with Ecoservice to offer door-to-door vehicle delivery for Turo hosts in the Seattle market area! All delivery requests must be submitted through this form in order for Ecoservice to evaluate your delivery.
Ecoservice will only accept delivery requests for vehicles that meet Turo’s safe condition standards. Ecoservice’s insurance will provide $1M liability protection, and up to $60K in damage coverage for your vehicle during retrieval, delivery and drop-off.
How to submit your delivery request
Make a delivery request using this form to have a professional representative pick up your vehicle from your location, and deliver it to your guest’s location by the start of the trip. You can also use Ecoservice to have your car returned to you at the end of the trip. Please note that you can only request Ecoservice to deliver and return your vehicle if both the pickup and drop off locations are within the service area shown below.
Ecoservice is open from 9 am to 5 pm, everyday. Requests must be submitted with at least 24 hours notice. Please allow up to 12 hours for Ecoservice to provide you with a status update on your request.
What to expect the day of your delivery
When an Ecoservice representative picks up your car, they will confirm that your driver’s license matches your vehicle’s registration. Upon delivery, the Ecoservice representative will also check your guest’s driver’s license before releasing the car to them. They will perform the same license check for return delivery service as well. Be sure to photograph your car’s condition before and after the trip. The Ecoservice representative will not take and upload trip photos for you.

Fees and payment
The delivery fee ranges from $25 – $50 and is based on one-way vehicle movement (e.g. pick up from your location and drop off to your guest, or pick up from your guest and drop off to your location) and the number of zones crossed to complete the delivery. If a toll is incurred during your delivery, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the toll. Your “Good to Go!” toll transponder will be charged, or a direct invoice will be sent to the address associated with your vehicle registration.
Ecoservice will also clean and refuel your car before the delivery, at your request. You can see a full list of delivery and service fees here.
The delivery fee as well as cleaning and refueling fees, if applicable, will be deducted from your Turo trip earnings once the delivery services have been completed.
